12 Silver Sugared Brownie Bite Pops in Pastel Colors

THE STORY OF THE SILVER BROWNIE BITES

One of my wonderful customers contacted me to create treats for an elegant event she was having in a pink, white and silver Princess theme. A rather large order that included mini oreos, dipped potato chips, pretzel wands and these brownie pops that were going to be placed on a “Sweets Buffet Table”.

Like any other order, I started creating each piece with love and care. But, as I ventured onto the brownies, I began to fall in love. Half the order dipped in super white chocolate the other in light pink chocolate. It’s hard to see in the photos but, the white were then sprinkled with a very pale soft pink colored sugar and then with pearlized silver sugar. And in reverse, the pink dipped brownies were sprinkled with white sugar and then with this gorgeous silver sugar.

All were wrapped in a clear sleeve and tied with a shimmery silver wired ribbon. I absolutely love this color scheme and you may also but, feel free to choose from any color chocolate to match your party colors. Each pop will have the silver pearlized sugar application.

Not only will these treats look FANTASTIC on the sweets table, they will taste DEVINELY DELICIOUS!! As are all my brownies, these too were freshly baked using Ghirardelli Triple chocolate with semi-sweet, milk and bittersweet large chocolate chips throughout the mix along with other fine ingredients.
